We need a strong Business development background person with 2-5 years experience (Preferably from Advertisement and media agency). Sound knowledge and worked  as Account Manager for different companies, with strong innovative capability. 


Must be Self Starter. Keen to establish function Capability, Cracking new deals for print & digital advertisements business and providing consultation to clients over the same. Good communication and team management skills interact with Senior Management team and presentation skills. 



The purpose of the position is to visit market, crack new deals and provide end to end consulting and service under domain of print & digital advertisements along with operation on day-to-day basis for function and will be responsible for providing services across clients.  This position will be individual contributor role to start and have 2-5 direct reports in future.  This position ensures accurate and timely delivery of requirements. 




  • Initiate and develop new market effectively.
  • Having fair idea of print & digital advertisements. Capable enough to work as bridge between client and creative team. Able to provide inputs to creative team over requirement given by client. Product offered in print and digital advertisement will be advantage.
  • Operational day-to-day management for print & digital advertisements for companies and new product.
  • Work closely with all stakeholders to understand their needs, have regular reviews, and deal with issues and escalations
  • Expand business & functions to lead the transition from the corporate may be required multi tasking sometime
  • Build and develop a strong team of engaged, customer-focused and enthusiastic members who are committed to business process excellence, collaboration and accountability in the services they deliver
  • Foster an environment of continuous learning and career development for the organization 
  • Drive knowledge sharing and harmonization
  • Work on special projects as needed
  • Develop ad hoc reporting as requested 



 Graduate/MBA or PGDBM – Mass Communication/Marketing


  • Two to five years of experience with increasing responsibility print & digital advertisements.
  • Team handling experience or International experience will be added advantage

Knowledge & Essential Skills:


  • Understanding of Market operations and key strategy used in market for the analysis and Market research
  • Understanding of Branding/Marketing operations/ Print & digital advertisements.
  • Understanding of Ground level market and capability of break deals for print & digital advertisements
